These Terms govern your use of Quitty. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Quitty application ("App") or the free cost calculator at quitty.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Quitty. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Not medical advice, not treatment
Quitty provides behavioral support tools and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routines. If you are trying to stop drinking, gambling, spending or picking, the App shows you a route to a real support service alongside it — the App is not treatment and never claims to be. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or experienced in Quitty.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Quitty Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings. We do not offer refunds outside of the store's refund policy. The clock, the cost breakdown, and the craving drill remain free forever and do not require a subscription.
5. Your data & privacy
Your personal health and habit data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. The free cost calculator runs entirely in your browser, and what you enter into it is never sent anywhere or stored. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information. 6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse Quitty. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; using it for any unlawful purpose; attempting to circumvent subscription paywalls through technical means; or interfering with its operation.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code within Quitty are owned by Quitty and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Quitty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular health outcome. We publish no success rate, no download count, and no review wall, because we do not have credible numbers to put there yet. Use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quitty and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quitty after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or this website.
